This Sunday TNA presents No Surrender. There are some good matches on this card an it has been build up well. TNA has actually been doing a decent job of building up it's Pay-Per-Views the last few times. Let's get to the card... - Mickie James vs Winter. For the Knockout's title.: I'm not too excited about this match, but the story has been built up. I didn't really like Winter losing the title so soon after she won it, but her win on Impact did give her back some credibility. I'm not sure wh... Continue reading ...
WWE Summerslam Preview
This Sunday is WWE Summerslam, and there are some good matches on the card. I think Summerslam is going to be a key show for a number of different stories. Let's break down the card... - Kelly Kelly vs Beth Phoenix. For the Divas title.: This match probably won't be great, but the storyline is pretty decent. I like what Beth and Natalya are doing as heels, and it brings a lot of credibility do the Divas. I think Beth is going to win this one to put over her dominance and ability. - Daniel Bryan... TNA Hardcore Justice Preview
This Sunday is Hardcore Justice and the card actually looks pretty good. For the first time in a long time all the matches seem to have some kind of reasoning behind them. That is a big plus for this show, since it should either progress or resolve ongoing stories. Let's break down the card... - Tara and Ms. Tessmacher vs Mexican America. For the Knockout's Tag Titles.: I'll be honest and say that I don't care much for this match, but I can see why it's on the card. Mexican America recently lo... Continue reading ...
WWE Money in the Bank Preview
Sunday is WWE's Money in the Bank, which may be on of the hottest Pay-Per-Views in a number of months. Everyone is talking about CM Punk and John Cena, but that isn't the only good match on the card. Let's get right to the card... - Kelly Kelly vs Brie Bella. For the Divas title.: I'm not really too excited about this match but the Divas need to be represented, so I don't have any problems with this match. It should be pretty short and shouldn't be too bad. I expect Kelly Kelly to win this mat... Continue reading ...
WWE Capitol Punishment Preview
WWE's Capitol Punishment is so close and I am looking forward to this show. There are three high profile matches on the card, and there are others that should still be entertaining even though there hasn't been great buildup for them. Let's get right to the card... - Kofi Kingston vs Dolph Ziggler. For the US title.: The buildup for this match hasn't been all that great. I think it's due to Pay-Per-Views being too close together. I'm assuming this is really still the beginning of the rivalry. ... Continue reading ...
TNA Slammiversary Preview
Sunday is TNA's Slammiversary. I think they have actually done a decent job on building up the matches. There is nothing on the card that caught me by surprise, which is a good thing. Lets break down the card... - Matt Morgan vs Scott Steiner.: I don't find this feud particularly interesting, but I am a Matt Morgan fan, and Steiner seems to have a little left in the tank. It should be an acceptable match, but I'm not expecting anything special. - Samoa Joe vs Crimson.: This is another feud I'm ... Continue reading ...
WWE Over the Limit Preview
This Sunday is WWE's Over the Limit and I'm actually pretty excited about it. The card looks pretty good. I want to get right to breaking it down... - Sin Cara vs Chavo Guerrero.: First, let me say I'm happy to see Chavo finally have another Pay-Per-View match. This feud is really interesting for fans who enjoy getting more than the usual WWE style. The match should be pretty strong but I doubt these two will put it all out there. If they are smart, they will hold back just a bit, so that this... Continue reading ...
TNA Sacrifice Preview 5/13/11
This Sunday is TNA's Sacrifice. This show has a mix of matches that have been built up nicely, some not so much, and some not at all. I've been pretty down on TNA lately and this show doesn't seem like anything new at all. Let's get right to the card... - Robbie E vs Brian Kendrick.: Did I miss something? How is this even a match on this card? I don't think I've seen either of these guys in at least a month. What is the story behind this match? Is there a story behind this match? - Tommy Dreame... Continue reading ...
WWE Extreme Rules Preview
This Sunday is WWE's Extreme Rules. Last year's Extreme Rules was pretty good, and this one is looking good too. It's pretty much your typical WWE Pay-Per-View. Your going to have the big money matches, the slightly understated matches, and the matches that are meant to showcase a story. I want to get right to breaking it down... - Michelle McCool vs Layla. Loser Leaves WWE match.: When I originally read about this, I thought it was loser leaves Smackdown. But WWE has it listed on their site a... Continue reading ...
TNA Lockdown Preview
This Sunday is TNA's Lockdown, and it seems that TNA actually put some effort into building up the matches this time. Coming off the Victory Road disaster, TNA really needs to put on a good show. The big attraction is that all the matches are held inside a steel cage. This can be both good and bad. Let's look at the card... - Amazing Red vs Brian Kendrick vs Chris Sabin vs Jay Lethal vs Jeremy Buck vs Max Buck vs Robbie E vs Suicide. Xscape match.: The talent in the ring for this match makes i... Continue reading ...
WWE Wrestlemania 27 3/30/11
Sunday is the big day. Wrestlemania 27! For me Wrestlemania is a
holiday. This year's Wrestlemania is looking great and I can't wait for
Sunday. Let's get right to previewing the matches... - Edge
vs Alberto Del Rio. World Title match.: This should be a really great
match and the build up has been pretty good, especially since the
addition of Brodus Clay. The fans seem to really be responding well to
the Edge and Christian reunion. I would like to see more of the old Edge
and Christian ... Continue reading ...
TNA Victory Road 3/11/11
So apparently this Sunday is TNA's Victory Road Pay-Per-View. In all
honesty, until reading about it today, I had no idea. I did miss this
week's Impact due to my DVR not recording it for some reason. But even
with that, TNA should have done a much better job of promoting this
weeks in advance. I had to look up what the card is because I didn't
have a clue what they would be. Most of these matches seem to have very
little, if any, buildup. Lets get on with it... - Beer
Money vs Ink Inc.... Continue reading ...
WWE Elimination Chamber Card
Well this Sunday is WWE's Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View. So far,
there are four matches on the card. I'm totally expecting to see a few
unannounced matches during the Pay-Per-View. Perhaps we will see a divas
match, a Tag Team Title match, a match involving the Big Show and the
Corre in some way, and/or a match involving Daniel Bryan. Let's get to
the card. 1. Kofi Kingston vs Alberto Del Rio.: I see this
as a throw away feud for the 2011 Royal Rumble winner. They are just
giving Del... Continue reading ...
TNA Against All Odds Card
This Sunday on Pay-Per-View, TNA presents Against All Odds!. Today, in
my first blog I will be running down the card and previewing all the
matches scheduled. I hope to do this for all TNA and WWE Pay-Per-Views
in the future. Let's get started...1. Jeremy
Buck vs Max Buck vs Robbie E. Winner becomes the number 1 contender to
the X Division Title.: As far as ring work goes, I think this match
should be entertaining. The problem I have with it is that all three
competitors are heel. In a... Continue reading ...
