This week Tough Enough was down to the final three. It was a great episode and we had our final elimination. I completely predicted this elimination but it was really close. Let's get right to breaking the show down...
- Luke: Luke had another strong week and performed really well. His elbow drop off the top was really nice and it showed off his style. The photo session was where Luke really shined. He looked like he really belonged there.
- Andy: Andy started off kind of slow this week, but he found his groove and really came back strong. He finally started to look like a star when he started to work big. It was like the light bulb finally turned on and things started to click for Andy. He started to come out of his shell in the photo shoot but he was still kind of intense. One thing I was curious about was if Andy is supposed to be straight edge, why was he drinking beer at the end?
- Jeremiah: I knew Jeremiah would be eliminated but I am still impressed with the run he had. This was the first time he had to stand in the ring and defend himself. It was kind of weird but it allowed us to really learn about him. He is still kind of sloppy in the ring, which will improve with more time. In this competition, time was his enemy as he didn't have enough of it to get to the same skill level as everyone else. He has natural charisma, athletic ability, and a ton of guts. He will be back sooner or later.
I really can't wait for next week. I'm excited to see who wins, but I'm also excited about the setup of the show. It will be live and Andy and Luke will square off in an FCW ring. Until next time...

Last night was week 8 of Tough Enough. There were some surprises and a really cool visit from the rock. Let's get right to it... - The Rock's Visit.: Even though I'm not a huge fan of the Rock personally, I thought his visit was great and extremely helpful for the participants. I felt back for Christina, who didn't have the chance to get in the ring with the Rock and have that experience. It was also cool of him to stick around and help with the Skills Challenge. Speaking of the Skills Challen... Continue reading...

This Sunday is WWE's Over the Limit and I'm actually pretty excited about it. The card looks pretty good. I want to get right to breaking it down... - Sin Cara vs Chavo Guerrero.: First, let me say I'm happy to see Chavo finally have another Pay-Per-View match. This feud is really interesting for fans who enjoy getting more than the usual WWE style. The match should be pretty strong but I doubt these two will put it all out there. If they are smart, they will hold back just a bit, so that this... Continue reading...

I heard the news this morning of the passing of Macho Man Randy Savage. I have to say that I was really devastated, as he was one of my all time favorites. When I started watching wrestling, he was just starting to get into that weird phase of his WWF run where he was a part time announcer and part time wrestler. I have seen a lot of people referring to that period as his "neon cowboy" period. I remember really enjoying his outfits back then, but I didn't really know his wrestling as much. In... So last night was the official debut of Impact Wrestling. As usual with TNA, there was stuff I liked and stuff I didn't like. Of course, lately there has only seemed to be stuff I didn't like, so I guess this is a step in the right direction. I want to get right into this... - Re-branding.: This was a great move for TNA, as it kind of gave them a chance to wipe the slate clean a little bit. The Impact Wrestling Zone looked way different and it felt like a different atmosphere. However, they ar... Continue reading...

Last night was week 7 of Tough Enough. It was another strong episode and the show was really rocked by what happened. There were no eliminations, but two big injuries took out two major contestants. Let's get right to breaking down the episode... - Martin.: Martin is now out of the competition due to a fractured ankle. I felt so bad for him in this episode. I can't imagine what it feels like to come so close to achieving a dream for it to all far apart in an instant. I thought Martin had a gre... Continue reading...

This Sunday is TNA's Sacrifice. This show has a mix of matches that have been built up nicely, some not so much, and some not at all. I've been pretty down on TNA lately and this show doesn't seem like anything new at all. Let's get right to the card... - Robbie E vs Brian Kendrick.: Did I miss something? How is this even a match on this card? I don't think I've seen either of these guys in at least a month. What is the story behind this match? Is there a story behind this match? - Tommy Dreame... This week Tough Enough put on yet another strong episode and we are starting to really see the separation. Let's get right to breaking down this episode... - Luke: After struggling for a few weeks, Luke finally bounced back. While he did look strong this week, he also continued to look unhinged. He completely misread why he was in the bottom three last week. He refuses to admit that others, like Martin and Andy, are pretty good. The only person he has some support for is Jeremiah. I still thin... Continue reading...

It's been a little while since I've done one of these blogs but I had seen the spoilers about Smackdown and wanted to wait till it sank it. Let's get right to it... - Randy Orton and Christian.: I was really happy Christian finally won the World title, even though the draft made it obvious. I was upset he lost it to Randy Orton so quick though. I kind of expected Orton to feud with Cody Rhodes, to get him over more, and I thought Christian would feud with Mark Henry. The popular speculation is... Continue reading...

Last night was the fifth week of Tough Enough and you can really see the separation now. The elimination surprised me just a bit. Let's get right to breaking down the show... Rey Mysterio.: I enjoy these special appearances and I'm sure they are really helpful for the contestants. My only complaint is that I wish they would show more of the visit on TV and I wish we would see the visiting star do some work in the ring, similar to what they did in the original seasons. By the way, seeing Rey on... Continue reading...
