Tough Enough was really good last night. I didn't think there were any clear cut losers in the group. I want to get right down to breking down my points for this week's episode.

- Attack Dog Segment.: This training thing was tough to screw up. This was more of Austin teaching everyone a lesson rather than evaluating them. However, there were some that really stuck out as being impressive. Jeremiah ran the whole way, while dragging a dog with him. Austin and DeMott looked seriously impressed by that. Erik came up big after a disappointing first week. Austin and DeMott seemed to enjoy him trash talking and really putting a lot of effort into it. This could be my biased opinion, just because she rubbed me the wrong way in the first episode, but I thought Michelle looked really slow and sluggish. Overall, it was a fun segment and I think the participants benefitted from the lesson on courage.

- Skill Challenge.: This was a pretty tough challenge for the participants to get through and every one of them stepped up. I got scared for Erik at one point, because as he got splashed in the corner, he leaned way over the top rope and looked like he hit his head on the ring post. He recovered nicely though and continued the challenge. I'm happy Austin gave the participants their props following the challenge. Sometimes, when trainers try to be tough, they can be overly negative and not give credit where it was due. So far, the trainers are doing a good job of being honest, and not being too easy or too tough.

- Matt Cross.: I thought he would go far in this competition but he blew it. It seemed to me like he was a little too comfortable early on. I feel like he knew he underestimated some of the other contestants and thought he could coast for a while. What ended up happening is that a guy like Luke saw it as an opportunity to take advantage. His exhibition with Luke was a perfect example. Trish set it up as a way for Matt to showcase his ability, and Luke stole his thunder. I'm not holding that against Luke in any way. By doing that, he showed exactly what separated him from Matt. Matt was waiting for his opportunity and Luke was making his opportunity.

- Rima.: Again, this week, she did something that could have hurt her big time. She was late. Bill DeMott said, "if you're on time, you're late." I go by that same belief and hate being late. However, Rima again didn't make any excuses for her mistake. She owned up to it and moved on. She more than made up for it during training and showed enough heart to impress the trainers. Also, I think the trainers factored her personality into their decision to keep her and realized she has some star quality.

- People that bothered me.: While everyone was solid this week, there were still some people I couldn't get into. Michelle continues to annoy me for some reason. I find her to be very sluggish overall and she seems to be really full of herself. Skidmark, comes off as really dull. He is athletic, no doubt, but he has no personality at all. I honestly thought he was going to be eliminated in the final segment. Whenever Austin asked him something, his answers sounded like he was reading them from a que card. Austin called him out on it, but for some reason kept him around. The bald guy from Jersey comes off really annoying. Last week he made some sexist comments that showed he clearly doesn't respect the female participants. This week he was all over Skidmark, and really trying to run him down. He just seems like a real tool.

- Elimination segment.: This was yet another great elimination segment. This week's wasn't as clear cut as last week. Last week it was obvious who was going. This week was a real shock. I loved the moment where Austin went to take the belt from Matt, and Matt wouldn't let go. I thought that moment made him a star. If he's not going to FCW, he will definitely be getting a ton of bookings. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Matt shows up in a WWE ring within the next two years. Another strong point of the segment was Austin's advice. I love when he talks about his career and explains how he made it. The only thing that threw me off was when he said that he came up with the Stone Cold character. I wasn't sure if he meant the whole package or just the gimmick. A few years ago, I heard Mick Foley talk about how Stone Cold was created. He said that Vince wanted to call him Ice Dagger, but Foley suggested that the name would kill the gimmick and made up the name Stone Cold.

I really can't wait for next week's episode. I really love this show so far, and I'm so glad they are doing a good job at reviving it. Until next time...
