This week was yet another good episode of Tough Enough. We had an appearance from the Big Show this week, as well as a surprise appearance from Stacy Keibler. We also had two people leave rather than just one. Let's get right to breaking the episode down...

- Big Show's visit.: Kind of like John Cena's visit, this didn't make a huge impact on me. However, he did give some great advice to Erik, who seems to have a lot of potential. Big Show clearly saw something in him and imparted some knowledge.

- Running.: This was a great test of endurance, and helped some people break out a bit. Luke really impressed me with his time and how hard he ran at the finish. Erik worried me. He was really slow and came off really lazy. After a strong week two, I was worried he may have reverted to his week one form. Michelle annoyed me in this segment, as she does in many segments. Of course it had to be her that cramped up and became very dramatic about it. I know the challenge was tough, but no one else complained as much as she did. I really felt like she was trying to win the competition based on sympathy rather than ability.

- Michelle.: Just to continue what I was saying, Michelle annoyed me throughout the first three weeks. She talked a big game but was never able to back it up. I was glad she quit, because I really couldn't stand her on the show. I respect that she realized it was time to leave, but it is unfortunate that spot ended up being wasted. I applaud Trish and Austin for how they handled Michelle in this episode. Trish noticed something was wrong and immediately approached it in a calm way, rather than jumping down Michelle's throat for screwing up. I think she really helped Michelle admit that she wasn't tough enough. Austin was good in his talk with Michelle. He sat with her until she was sure she was making the right decision and not just having doubts about herself.

- Cheerleading.: This was an interesting segment. I see the point of doing it, and it revealed some stuff. It revealed that Rima had some trust issues and was uncomfortable with the flying. It didn't help that she almost broke her neck in the practice. However, Stacy Keibler offered her some great advice that helped her get through it. I got a pretty good laugh out of Jeremiah standing there and smiling with no teeth. Mikael continued to look like a complete tool when he said that he didn't like this because of what people in Jersey would think. Does John Cena care about doing something goofy because of what people in his hometown might think? No. That's why Cena is where he is today.

- Skills Challenge.: This week's skills challenge was really tough and it may have saved some people. For example, Erik really showed up in this challenge and saved himself from the awful start to the week. Martin really made an impression after two weeks of just being there. Ryan looked totally goofy in this challenge. If he ever does make it to the WWE, he would probably be a comedy act if he keeps wrestling like that. Rima and Mikael did not perform all that well in this challenge. The difference is that prior to the challenge Rima, knew she did not have the skills yet and asked for extra help. Mikael thought he was so great and let his ego get in his way. In the end, that is what saved Rima.

- Elimination Segment.: I'm not really a fan of Ryan, but I can't stand Mikael. So far in all three episodes he has come off like a tool and has not made an impression at all. Throughout the first three weeks, Mikael has been so rude and disrespectful to Ryan for seemingly no reason. In the end, Luke's advice seemed to really save Ryan. His answers to Austin's questions still didn't seem genuine, but I think he showed Austin he could cut a pretty good promo, which made Austin want to give him a shot. Ryan's promo against Mikael was really good, while Mikael's promo was just awful. I could barely understand what he was saying, while he spoke through his teeth. His promo also gave Ryan more ammunition for his promo. In this segment, Ryan really showed what he had been lacking, and that was fire.

Overall, I'm really happy with this episode and really looking forward to the next one. I'm not sure if I heard wrong or not, but during RAW I thought I heard them say Breat Hart was visiting next week. Bret is my all-time favorite, and there is no way I'm missing that. Until next time...
