This week Tough Enough put on yet another strong episode and we are starting to really see the separation. Let's get right to breaking down this episode...

- Luke: After struggling for a few weeks, Luke finally bounced back. While he did look strong this week, he also continued to look unhinged. He completely misread why he was in the bottom three last week. He refuses to admit that others, like Martin and Andy, are pretty good. The only person he has some support for is Jeremiah. I still think Luke is one of the favorites to win, but sometimes he seems kind of crazy.

- Jeremiah: Clearly the trainers like he athleticism and how quick he learns. However, they are starting to worry about safety. He clearly has a lot of talent and potential, but I think that at the end of the day he will end up just a bit too far behind the 8-ball to win the whole thing. I totally expect him to have a bright future though.

- Martin: Martin had a really quiet week this week. His string of three straight skill challenge wins was easily snapped this week, and he just kind of existed this week. I still think he is among the best, and I fully expect him to bounce back quickly.

- Andy: I'm really surprised the trainers just started to really notice him this week after losing the skills challenge. I have been considering him among the top 3 for weeks now as he has really impressed me. He has size and great ability. For a guy his size, he doesn't look clumsy at all in the ring. The trainers liked the fire he showed after losing the challenge, which clearly wasn't his to win. Bill made a great point in saying that Andy will most likely never be on the top rope anyway, so the loss wasn't a big deal. I also liked how Andy didn't make any excuses. He said that he's big, but guys like Kane and Undertaker go to the top, so it's just something he has to improve.

- Christina: Talk about showing some fire. After being in the bottom three last week, she really stepped it up this week. She finally showed what I have been expecting since the beginning. Booker T seemed to be especially impressed with her work this week, and he even said that she is really looking like a WWE Diva.

- Erik: How did this guy get so far in this competition? The trainers were pulling for him so much, but he was just way too unprepared and out of shape. I kind of suspect that Erik was becoming Austin's pet project after hearing him tell everyone that Erik shows flashes of brilliance. Eliminating Erik kind of seemed like the most painful elimination for Austin so far. The ropes course was really embarrassing, and made me really feel bad for Erik. I think Austin did a good job of trying to cheer him up afterward. I think that showed one of the strengths of this show. The trainers know when to be really tough and when to be comforting.

- AJ: AJ continued to just exist this week. I was originally rooting for him, but he has been really forgettable. I was surprised how fast he was out of the skills challenge. I hope being in the bottom three this week sparked a fire in AJ. It looked like it did as he kind of impressed me in the elimination segment.

- Ivellise: I have to admit that I'm so glad she's gone. Her complaining was really getting annoying and I'm so happy the trainers picked up on her complaining. I understand that the injury was legitimate, but she should have made the decision to either give up or stay and shut up. I'm not going to lie. She is pretty cute but she was really starting to annoy me as much as Michelle.

- John Morrison visit: This was a really cool visit. Most of the visits just include a short segment where the star gives advice to the group. Morrison actually did an activity with the group. Maybe he didn't have much to say, but I liked the segment. I was just a bit disappointed they didn't point out how Morrison is a former Tough Enough winner.

This episode was pretty good and next week looks really intense. I think next week we are going to see more than one person go home again. I saw someone walking in wearing a cast in the commercial. Until next time...
