This Sunday is WWE's Extreme Rules. Last year's Extreme Rules was pretty good, and this one is looking good too. It's pretty much your typical WWE Pay-Per-View. Your going to have the big money matches, the slightly understated matches, and the matches that are meant to showcase a story. I want to get right to breaking it down...

- Michelle McCool vs Layla. Loser Leaves WWE match.: When I originally read about this, I thought it was loser leaves Smackdown. But WWE has it listed on their site as loser leave WWE. Being that the draft just happened, this kind of makes sense. It's weird to send someone to a different brand like that when they just had a draft. Anyway, the match itself could be pretty decent. Both women are talented, but I really just want this story to be done. Lay-Cool kind of ran its course, but these two are not interesting fighting with each other. I'm not entirely sure who is going to win. Michelle is more of a veteran and more of a threat. However, she has been injured for a while, so maybe she may be getting time off.

- Jerry Lawler and Jim Ross vs Michael Cole and Jack Swagger. Country Whipping Match.: I don't know what a country whipping match is and I really don't care. This match won't be a wrestling clinic, but it will probably be kind of light hearted. Cole will likely be over the top and get a few laughs. As far as legitimate action goes, expect Lawler and Swagger to do much of the heavy lifting. I'm expecting a fun match. Hopefully, Lawler and JR will win and end this feud. It was good for a while, but it's starting to get a bit stale.

- Rey Mysterio vs Cody Rhodes. Falls Count Anywhere.: After their match at Wrestlemania, I think this has a shot at being the best match all night. Both guys are very talented and this match can go even further than it went at Wrestlemania. Since Cody got the win then, I predict Rey will get the win on Sunday.

- Randy Orton vs CM Punk. Last Man Standing.: Another match that can steal the show. Orton and Punk have some chemistry and put on some great matches. The only problem is that these two have wrestled each other so much lately, this feels like just another match. I'm glad Orton is on Smackdown now, so both guys can move on. I expect Orton to win this and stay hot on Smackdown. Punk doesn't really need to be hot right now. RAW has Miz and Del Rio to share the load. Also, it would be interesting if the New Nexus turned on Punk, following the loss.

- Christian vs Alberto Del Rio. Ladder match for the World title.: I'm expecting a really great match. Even though I feel like it's kind of obvious that Christian will win, the good thing is that we are going to get a first time champion regardless of who wins. I think with all the participants in the WWE title match being on RAW, WWE won't have Del Rio bring the World title to RAW as well. I could always be wrong, but I think everyone really wants Christian to win anyway. Del Rio is young and still has a long career ahead of him. Christian is getting up in age, and may not have so much time left. Plus, winning the title would be a great tribute to Edge.

- John Cena vs the Miz vs John Morrison. Triple Threat Steel Cage match for the WWE title.: This is another big time match. Miz has been one of the hottest acts in WWE for a while now, and Cena is the face of the company. John Morrison is a rising star, even though he's kind of an afterthought in this match. I'm expecting Miz to win this match, and I'm also expecting some involvement from R-Truth.

Overall, the card looks pretty good. It does look a bit light though. That's why I'm expecting a surprise match or two. Mainly I'm expecting Kofi Kingston vs Sheamus for the US title. I really don't see any other way WWE could get either the Intercontinental or United States title back on RAW. Everyone should definitely check this show out on Sunday. Until next time...
