About MuccNet

MuccNet is my website, in which I discuss pro wrestling; mainly WWE and TNA. I originally created this site as a way to write out some of my opinions on what I am watching. However, I decided to not just limit this to a blog. I have added a bunch of other things for visitors to do, such as Products of the Day and Videos. This site is supposed to represent the views of the average wrestling fan. I am in no way a professional or a dirt sheet writer. I have no inside information. Any predictions I make on this site are purely based on things I read and just being familiar with wrestling.

I should probably give you guys some info about me. I have been a wrestling fan since the age of two. I even remember the moment that made me a fan. It was Survivor Series 1990, and Ted Dibiase was about to announce his mystery partner. Out came the Undertaker, and I was so scared I ran and hid behind a couch. I was scared but I couldn't stop myself from peaking out to see what was going on. My memories from the next few years are pretty foggy, aside from my older friends telling me that Undertaker was coming to get me. My next vivid memory would be Royal Rumble 1994, when Undertaker fought Yokozuna in a casket match. Anyone else notice that my early memories involve Undertaker? Anyway, my top five favorite wrestlers of all time are as follows: Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Undertaker, Mick Foley, and the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith.

I can get into all kinds of wrestling, as long as it's wrestling. Oddly enough, I was never able to attend a live event until the age of 18. It was a small WWE house show in White Plains, New York. Since then, I have been to shows for WWE, TNA, and a small indy promotion called Warriors of Wrestling. To celebrate my birthday last year, I went with some friends to see Smackdown at Mohegan Sun. While I was there, I was able to meet Chris Jericho, Heath Slater, Darren Young, and Skip Sheffield. It was like a dream come true for me to actually get to meet wrestlers and get Jericho's autograph.

Anyway, that's enough about me. Have fun on the site.

Announcements

8/19/11: Due to the lack of interest and the lack of time, I have decided to do away with the figure reviews. I wasn't able to get to them as frequently as I would have liked, and there didn't seem to be that much of an interest in them anyway.

8/5/11: Sorry for the lack of updates to the site lately. I have been extremely busy with personal matters. However, the updates will start again this week.

Updates

8/19/11: There have been some changes to the site. Figure reviews have been taken down and I am working on a new feature called "Links." This will be where I will post links to things you people might be interested in. For example, If I read an article about something I would like to share with you guys, I will post the link there with a little description of why you might like it. There will be permanent links that will always be of use, and links that are spur of the moment type posts.
